I am a natural hairstylist located right in Chicago specializing in Braids, Silkpresses, Sleek ponytails and Weaves. My ultimate goal is to provide the Supreme Experience for my clientele! As your stylist, together we will determine what style works best for your hair type without compromising the integrity of your strands! Healthy haircare matters, so when my clients exit the salon not only are they looking their best, but they leave feeling empowered and ready to embrace their natural hair like never before! *Update* Due to COVID-19* I will operate by APPOINTMENT ONLY! Each respective client must have a mask or face covering on while being serviced at Supreme Luxe Hair Studio! No exceptions !!! U There will be more details regarding my procedure in an email you’ll be receiving once you book your appointment! Booking Procedure: Please browse through my specialties and select a service that you would like to book. If your desired style isn’t listed specifically on the site, and you’re unsure of what service to book please reach out to Kye directly by text @ 312-522-4242. (Responses will be given by the next business day). After your service is selected, select a time slot that best works for you. Proceed by inputting your personal information and complete the booking process by entering your payment information. Deposits: You will be charged a deposit upon booking your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and there are three (3) different deposit thresholds; the deposit amount will vary depending on the service you choose. • $25 deposit for services priced $260 or less • $75 deposit for services priced $265-$390 • $100 deposit for services priced $400 or more The amount of your deposit will be applied to the cost of your service at the time of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and generally non transferable. If you cancel or no show, you will forfeit your deposit. Reschedules/ Cancellations/ No Shows: Should you need to reschedule an appointment you may only do so ONCE. Text Kye immediately in the event that you need to reschedule. Please be advised you have 48hrs before the appointment time to reschedule, anything outside of that 48hr window will be considered a last min cancellation ! Rescheduled appointments do not require a new deposit when rebooking a service for a different date. A 2nd reschedule will be treated as a new booking and will need a new deposit to secure the appointment. Please understand that any cancellations or missed appointments outside of the 48hr window will result in the loss of your deposit completely and additional cancellation fees may apply. Styles By Kye has a 50% cancellation policy that may be applied on last min cancellations. The cancellation fee is calculated on the total appointment value. No call /No Show appointments will be responsible for 100% of the service total. Please provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to make it. No SHOWS will be banned from booking future appointments , NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT!!! FYI , even If you’re an existing client and your card information isn’t updated & the deposit can’t be charged to your card on file, your appointment isn’t valid until the deposit is paid. Payments: Kye only accepts CASH, ZELLE, or the card on file for the remaining balance due for your service. Zelle 312-522-4242 APPLEPAY IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED !!! Late fee: If you are running late or need to cancel please communicate with Kye! Late arrivals will be charged a late fee. $15 late fee if up to 15 mins late. $30 late fee if 15-30 mins late. Appointment is subject to cancellation (at Kye’s discretion) if over 30 mins late!!! If your appointment is canceled due to late arrival, you will be charged a cancellation fee, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! *Waitlist* Want to book an appointment but the time slots don’t work for you? Kye is more than happy to accommodate you.!!! If you need a date or time that isn’t shown, please add yourself to the waitlist! Kye will respond by the next business day and if any new openings can fulfill the client’s request a new appointment will be scheduled automatically. Cancellation Policy
Supreme Luxe Hair Studio charges a 100% cancellation fee for any no shows or 50% for any cancellations within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment.
