Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The amount is based on your service total and will go toward your final balance: $25 for services up to $260 $75 for services $265–$390 $100 for services $400+ No deposit = No appointment. If your card on file is outdated, your booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Reschedules, Cancellations & No-Shows You may reschedule ONCE (with 48+ hours' notice) by texting Kye. A 2nd reschedule requires a new deposit. Late cancellations (under 48 hrs) may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the service and will be banned from future bookings—no exceptions. Late Policy $15 fee for up to 15 mins late $30 fee for 15–30 mins late Over 30 mins may result in cancellation and fee Communicate any delays ASAP. Cancellation Policy
Supreme Luxe Hair Studio charges a 100% cancellation fee for any no shows or 50% for any cancellations within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment.
